After a month with the company I purchased my hot tub from jerking me around on chemicals, I took a test to Luxury. In one visit, they gave me the one thing I needed and helped me switch to their brand of chemicals. It cleared up my issue in a matter of hours and the chemicals are now easy to maintain. If I had to spend thousands of dollars ever again on a hot tub, they would get my business.
