  I went in on 12/22 because I graduated VCU and received a gift card for pandora. I’m a Disney person, and collect specifically Disney related jewelry from pandora. Well I went in and Andrea (seems like she has some attitude according to previous reviews as well) was near the Disney jewelry and I asked her questions about the newest items, and she said things like “it’s over there” and “yeah, it’s discontinued”. She didn’t offer to show me the new product outside the casing, nor did she suggest alternatives to the discontinued Disney rings or bracelet can’t remember which one it was. She then left me and went to another customer. I saw a book laying there over the Disney charms so I took it upon myself to take a look. I decided to leave as I just didn’t like the service. I came back later that night closer to closing time and told them about my experience but that I’m back to try again. I was immediately greeted by all the girls there very nicely. I told them I loved Disney and they passed me onto whom they described as the “Disney girl” named Sarah... AMAZING SERVICE. She is the absolute best alongside with the closing staff with her that night. Sarah is beyond patient, and personable I felt as if she could be my best friend! What started bad with Andrea ended very well in the hands of Sarah. On 12/23 my boyfriend returned to pandora closer to closing again and Sarah was there.. with 10 minutes to closing we never felt rushed once again. She was patient and he spent another several hundred with her again. Sarah you’re the best! (One star taken away because of Andrea, but otherwise would’ve been perfect because everyone else is amazing!)
