  The MANAGEMENT here is horrible!!!!!!! I ordered a pizza and the gentleman took my order and phone number but only read back my Apt # and I asked do you need my building # he says NO I will call you when I get there. What was suppose to be a 45 min delivery turned into 2 hrs going by so I called Pizza Hut and the manager say oh your pizza is here in the oven with several slices missing from it....REALLY!!! we tried to deliver to you but you didn't come to the door, well Sir what bldg. did you go to and the bldg. he read back was the WROND bldg., remind you I asked if my bldg. # was needed and told NO I will call when I get there. The manager blamed me for not answering my phone, well why would I answer when it DIDNT ring. He swore they called me several times, but I and they know they didn't. You would think he would have offered better CUSTOMER SERVICE. I explain how I asked the gentleman that took my order if he need my bldg. # so maybe your staff need to be trained on having ALL detail info before delivery. He told me this was my fault and that I need better phone service so I wont miss calls. Well Pizza Hut you lost me, my family and the school sports teams as customers and my phone works well so well that It ordered me pizza from another place and was delivered on time! I see why your parking lot stays empty.
