  The cashier seemed nice but gave me the driest muffin I've ever tasted in my life. Must have been there on the shelf for quite a while.

  This is the worst Dunkin Donuts to go to in Fredericksburg, VA. The service is slow and every time I go there, they always mess up my order. There is no teamwork, and only the cashier knows how to speak English. As they once again messed up my order, I watched 3 people look clueless as to how to make my order complete. This store needs new qualified employees and more training. I don't know how Dunkin Donuts allows this type of operation to continue under this subpar management.
