  Very nasty staff guy was driving a large blue rig 376wt hf121260 and couldn't back up his rig with the load. He became very frustrated and irate throwing his hands up and blocking traffic.
  
  Than made an opening and pulled forward (we had been waiting for him to complete his manuver) when we tried to go around him (he was traveling foward) he blared the horn and yelled obsineties slammed on the breaks and decided to reverse, and made us wait.
