  Extortion
  
  They will try to sell you unnecessary products. They tell you need unnecessary procedures and tell you (in writing) are covered by your insurance knowing very well insurance does not. They will bill you for the difference 6 months after the fact. They will schedule you for unnecessary office visits under false pretenses.
  
  Liars
  
  When you ask for your x-rays to be sent to another doctor, they claim to have sent them. However, you will call them 2 more times before the x-rays are sent.
  
  Insurance fraud
  
  If you cancel an appointment well ahead of the cancelation window, they will still bill your insurance for an office visit.
  
  Inept
  
  Their online scheduling has never worked.
  
  Incompetent
  
  The male doctor did not apply enough numbing agent when performing a procedure. He was impatient when I said I was not numb.
  
  They do not deserve to be in business.
