  Wow is all I can say about your company’s customer service! I came home today to see the extra trash can; with no extra fee I think. Regardless thank you very much for your hospitable service. This stems from when my family and I moved to VA from NC in Nov 2017 and I had to visit your facility for residency proof. Ms. Jennifer was very instrumental in helping set-up our account and providing me with proof documentation, thank you! Being in a new rental we had to buy some furniture with huge boxes. These boxes were picked up with no questions asked. I was sure that they would be sitting on the lawn once I returned from work. Once again thank you! To present day with the prompt email and extra trash can request. With the extra trash can delivered today! Yall are a foremost friendly, customer caring and very professional business. Hands down the best I’ve ever had. No doubt that I will pass the word of Shifflett’s Waste Services to friends, acquaintances, and strangers…lol. In this day and age a good, true professional service is hard to find. But I think yall have mastered that. Thank You once again from the Kings!!!!
